1. Acceptance
VerbaGPT is a data analysis service that lets you connect databases and files and ask questions about them in plain language. By using VerbaGPT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What VerbaGPT Does
VerbaGPT connects to your data sources and uses AI models to generate and execute code that answers your questions. Results are returned as text, tables, and charts. The AI models we use are provided by third parties. We do not control these models and cannot guarantee the accuracy of their outputs.
3. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect calculations. VerbaGPT is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely solely on VerbaGPT for financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions. Always verify important results independently.
4. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or have been inactive for an extended period on the free tier.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or connect data you do not have the right to access or share
- Use VerbaGPT to generate illegal content or facilitate illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
- Circumvent credit limits or access controls
- Share your account credentials with third parties
6. Your Data
You own your data. We use it only to provide the service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or connect any data you use with VerbaGPT.
7. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Credits
Free and paid plans include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. Credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust credit limits with reasonable notice.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep VerbaGPT available but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, unexpected issues, or third-party provider outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by service unavailability.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
VerbaGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerbaGPT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
12. Intellectual Property
The VerbaGPT application, branding, and underlying code are owned by the operator. You retain all rights to your own data and outputs generated from your data. You may not copy or distribute the VerbaGPT application or branding without permission.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
